Greetings, everyone! Welcome to Sabbath services! This week we spent most of the week watching the hurricane nearly destroy major portions of Florida. We've been in touch with the brethren there, and everybody made it through safely. There was a little damage to a couple of cars, but everyone was able to avoid the flooding and the destruction.

Nolan Joseph our elder in northern Florida said that they had a big tree out front, and if the tree would have fallen hit the house, it would have virtually destroyed all the roof, minimum! But the wind came and blew it and it fell right alongside the house and missed everything!

Even in those difficult, treacherous and dreadful times, the hand of God is always there through His angels to watch over us and protect us. We're very thankful for that.

Today we are going to a have a special message, which is going to be the flow of events in the end-time! How does it all come together?

As I mentioned last week, I actually talked to a man who said that he talked to the two witnesses. Well, the two witnesses, as we will see:

  • must be in Jerusalem
  • must be clothed in sackcloth
  • must be preaching the Word of God
  • must have the ability to call down plagues on the earth at will

I want to read you what I wrote for the Introduction for God's Plan for Mankind Revealed by His Sabbath and Holy Days. If you don't have that book, you need to get it. It's transcripts of the messages along with the CDs and it's very easy to read and understand.

As I've mentioned many times before, today we are trained with a very short attention span. Test your own attention span and see if it's longer than 12-15 minutes, because that's about the maximum time—sometimes up to 20 minutes—that they have on television up to the commercials.

Here we are in the contemporary world and here's what I wrote, and this is especially true trying to understand the events of the end-time in a proper chronological setting, which is what we will do today.

from: God's Plan for Mankind Revealed by His Sabbath and Holy Days: Personal from the desk of Fred R. Coulter

The contemporary world in which we live encourages individual opinions, insisting that everyone's opinion is of equal validity…."

I saw on television one of the representatives ask one of these modern 'woke' idiots who was there to testify: 'Tell me, can a man get pregnant and give birth?' He weaseled around and around. But it just showed that his opinion, though completely false, was right in his own mind.

…On the one hand, a person may consider something to be true simply because he or she believes it to be so…

You can just say, 'I believe it!'

  • Does that make it true?
  • How many people believe lies?

…even when the facts do not support such a belief. A second person, however, may hold to an opinion exactly opposite the first—likewise accepted as fact because he or she believes it to be true….

This is why the Bible tells us, with everything in the Bible, to prove all things and hold fast to that which is good! This is why it's necessary to know, not just believe, but know that the Bible is the true Word of God!

This book we have, God's Plan for Mankind… plus what we have with the In-Depth Study: Daniel and Revelation… Let me just encourage everyone to get the hard copies of the publications. We have a catalog online and you can order any of them.

We actually had one elder—Steve Durham—come out and visit us and he and his wife wanted to get everything we had, hard copy. So, he went back with a car full! I encourage you to do it, because we don't know when they will cut us off. What are you going to do then?

…A dichotomy results in which truth becomes relative….

Too many people apply that to the Bible!

…Carrying this process one step further, when a conglomeration of divergent opinions on a subject is accepted as true, because people believe them to be true, we end up with a cacophony of opinions—which is confusion!….

Is that not where we are today? Confusion! Remember, God is not the author of confusion! Who is? Satan the devil! So, he can bring in his false doctrines. As a result:

…Everyone believes and does what is right in their own eyes….

Can you think of a Proverb that says something about that? There is a way that seems right to a man, but the end thereof is death! Also, Jeremiah, a prophet of God, said, 'O Lord, I know that the way of man is not in himself.'

  • you can't rely on personal opinion
  • you can't rely on the emotion of what you think

that's why

  • you must have the Bible
  • you must prove that it is true
  • you must live by it
  • you must keep the commandments of God

…Consequently, the majority of people today do not believe that there is absolute truth to the exclusion of all other opinions.

That's where we are today! Watch some of these newscasts where they have a conservative and a liberal and see the problems of trying to understand them.

I want you to write in for this book by John Fox: The World's Greatest Throne. We e-mailed the Covenant people up in Vancouver, B.C., to ask permission to copy 500 of these. We haven't heard from them, so in our communication to them, we mentioned that if we did not hear back from them in a number of weeks—I think it was two weeks—that we would proceed to make 500 copies because there's no copyright on it.

Now we have it. This is absolutely essential reading, especially when we're coming up to the coronation of the coming King Charles III [transcriber's correction].

Sidebar on England: years ago they said that Great Britain would never become part of the EU. Well, they joined it; however, after 20+years, they left. What else happened? The Queen died! Now what's going to happen?

Isn't it interesting that that leave the two sons of Joseph: Ephraim and Manasseh, plus Northwestern Europe. They are virtually by themselves. This also fulfills Bible prophecy.

Right in the middle of those in Europe, you have the Assyrians. The Germans, Western Czechs and Austria compose the Assyrian end-time people.

All of those things will figure in later!

*****

Dan. 9—here is an interesting prophecy that does not give you very much in the way of detail or fulfillment. This is the 70-week prophecy. It talks about Christ's first coming v 26.

It took 49 years to rebuild the temple, and then it took 62 weeks after that—each week is 7 years:

Daniel 9:26: "And after sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off but not for Himself…."

Then it shifts to the end-time right here. Remember what we covered last week and the week before, how that in the Old Testament sometimes the prophecies refer to future events and sometimes they refer to contemporary events and sometimes refer to past events, and they're all kind of mixed together.

"…And the people of the prince who shall come shall destroy the city…" (v 26).

A type of that was in 70A.D. the Jews admit that that's worse than the Holocaust!

See if you can find any Jew high or low, religious or non-religious, admit that the destruction of Jerusalem came because of the sins of the people; the Jews! Remember, God raises up nations and takes down nations.

"…destroy the city and the sanctuary. But his end shall be with a flood… [a great invasions] …and unto the end of the war… [interpreting the flood as a war] …desolations are determined. And he…" (v 26)—we're looking at a man, this doesn't refer to Jesus. This refers, as we will see, to Rev. 13.

"…he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week. And in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the offering to cease, and upon the wing of abominations shall come one who makes desolate even until the consummation.…" (vs 26-27)—meaning the return of Christ (book of Revelation)."…the consummation…" means the completion of the age of man!

"…And the fully determined end, which is decreed, shall be poured out upon the desolator' (v 27).

Let's look at what is happening contemporarily, because this refers to it. But Rev. gives us the understanding.

We're going to cover all the books from Rev. 6 to Rev. 19. What Rev. 13 shows is a process occurring. But note:

Revelation 17:15: "…'The waters that you saw, where the whore sits, are peoples and multitudes and nations and languages."

Revelation 13:1: "And I [John] stood on the sand of the sea; and I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns… [a beast having nothing to do with the sequence of the beast (Dan. 2, 8, 7] …and on his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast that I saw was like a leopard, and his feet like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion; and the dragon gave him his power, and his throne and great authority" (vs 1-2).

Note Matt. 4 and Luke 4 where Satan says that he gives the power to the nations whoever will worship him. That was the temptation against Christ; remember that!

Verse 3: "And I saw one of his heads as if it were slain to death, but his deadly wound was healed; and the whole earth was amazed and followed the beast."

Here we have—and we see it coming—a one-world government. There are those who understand that the nucleus of the leadership is already working behind the scenes. We don't know exactly when this deadly wound takes place. But we can make a pretty good guess.

We're going to make some suppositions (speculation) to help fit these things together. Notice what else happens, and we see this coming upon us right now. All you have to do is look at what the Department of Justice has done against that man in Pennsylvania who was against abortion and trying to counsel women to think it over before you go in and have it done.

He was doing everything according to the law that he should. He wasn't harassing anybody. But Merritt Garland (U.S. Attorney General) sent out the FBI with 30 people with guns to arrest this man and charge him. He may be Catholic, but it shows that:

"all you Catholics better reform and accept what we are doing or we {the US government) are coming after you, as well."

Think about what it's going to be for the saints and for us! Here's why that happens and why they believe adamantly what they believe and they will not allow another opinion!

Verse 4: "And they worshiped the dragon, who gave his authority to the beast. And they worshiped the beast, saying, 'Who is like the beast? Who has the power to make war against him?'"

That's quite a thing! We will look and see where that may be a possibility.

Verse 5: "And a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies was given to him; and authority was given to him to continue for forty-two months." After the deadly wound! That's three and a half years!

Sidebar: One of the things that got me to thinking about 42 months, which is three and a half years, and 1,260 days. What's the difference? We see that the two witnesses' mission is 1,260 days. But they don't equal in time. They don't equal in fulfillment.

The only way we can determine when the two witnesses begin is that we know when the resurrection is going to be because of Pentecost. So, they're going to be the first resurrected, so you come back 1,260 days and you get just before the abomination of desolation sets in. That's when the two witnesses begin their ministry.

Verse 7: "And he was given power to make war against the saints, and to overcome them; and he was given authority over every tribe and language and nation." That's coming! That also shows the martyrdom of the saints!

Now let's look at the 'trigger point'—Dan. 11—which starts everything! We don't exactly what it means to push at the King of the North by the King of the South. But you can take this and understand it: peace with the Muslims never lasts very long.

Daniel 11:40: "And at the time of the end, the King of the South shall push at him…."

Remember, we just read in Rev. 13 that he has authority over all nations, tribes, languages and people.

"…And the King of the North shall come against him like a whirlwind with chariots and with horsemen and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries and shall overflow and sweep through. He shall also enter into the glorious land, and many countries shall be overthrown…." (vs 40-41). Then it lists those who shall escape!

  • What is it?
  • Is it pushing at the King of the North?
  • Is that when he receives the deadly wound?

That's in the midst of the week (Dan. 9:27)—3-1/2 years! Let's see what will happen:

Verse 42: "And he shall stretch out his hand also upon the countries. And the land of Egypt shall not escape. But he shall have power over the treasures of gold and silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt. And the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall be at his steps. But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall alarm him" (vs 42-44).

  • What alignment do we have today that looks like it's shaping up to be that? Russia and China!
  • Who else will join them? We don't know!

But we can look at the world scene today and understand that of the seven heads China has got to be one of them. Right now, Putin is against the world-order, but that could change with another leader coming in.

"…Then he will go forth with great fury to destroy and to utterly annihilate many. And he shall plant his royal tents between the seas in the glorious Holy mountain. Yet, he shall come to his end, and none shall help him" (v 44-45).

We will see that as we get into it a little later. When does the abomination of desolation take place spoken of by Daniel the prophet? It says very clearly in Matt. 24 that the Tribulation will not begin until there's the abomination of desolation!  What is that? 2-Thess. 2: it is the man who is the beast (Rev. 13). The system is also called the beast! But he's the head of it.

When he goes into the temple, into the Holy place and declares himself to be 'God,' what did it say in Rev. 13 about that Beast Power? They worship the dragon and the beast! That's why he goes into the temple, and that's why there will be a temple built.

There may be a few preliminary offerings offered on whole stone altars by the Jews and Levites, but they have all the plans to build the temple. If you don't believe it, go to templeinstitute.org[transcriber's correction]and you will see.

So, the Great Tribulation cannot begin until the abomination of desolation takes place. This is one thing that John did not understand when he was finishing canonizing the New Testament, so he put in the parenthetical statement in:

Matthew 24:15: "…The one who reads, let him understand."

John knew what Paul wrote about the 'man of sin, the son of perdition coming into the temple to say that he's God.' And John also knew that for the two witnesses, that the temple would be there, because it was to be measured by the angel as the two witnesses began their ministry.

Verse 15: "Therefore, when you see the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of by Daniel the prophet… [Dan. 9:27] …standing in the Holy place'…"—2-Thess. 2, saying he's 'God.'

Remember that it wasn't too long ago that people still believed in emperor as 'God.' The last country to give it up by force of the American military occupying that nation was the nation of Japan. They looked upon Hirohito as 'God in the flesh.' The people were not allowed to look directly at him.

However, after the American's conquered them, one of the terms of the surrender was that the Japanese wanted to keep their emperor and the Americans agreed to it IF the emperor would go out and show that he was human and talk to people. And he did!

Verse 16: "Then let those who are in Judea flee into the mountains."

The Two Witnesses—Rev. 11:

When do the two witnesses begin their ministry? We count from Pentecost back 1260 days, and we have a big chart that comes with the In-Depth Study: Daniel/Revelation with CDs that shows when they start.

They have to start just before the beast of Rev. 13 receives the deadly wound. They go for 1,260 days. So, on the chart shows the seven years of the Calculated Hebrew Calendar. The end is the end, so I said if I was to make a calendar I needed to start with a 19-year time-cycle and make the 19th year the end; that's the end of a cycle and the end of a period, and also it's a leap year with 13 months.

Then look at the chart and it goes back and right in the middle of that seven-year period is when you have the abomination of desolation take place. But the two witnesses start just before that!

At about the same time, those few who go to a place of safety are taken there by the angels. Where will the Place of Safety be? A lot of people still believe it will be in Petra! Well, that's possible! The best way to know is if you're taken there you'll find out when the angel brings you there.

Years ago there were evangelists arguing against each other as to who was going to be in charge of Petra when we get there. Well, the way they ruled, they wouldn't be getting there!

Revelation 11:1: "Then the angel gave me a measuring rod like a staff, saying, 'Arise and measure the Temple of God…'"

You can't measure the Temple of God unless it is there! It has to be built!

"…and the altar, and those who worship in it. But leave out the court that is within the temple area, and do not measure it because it has been given up to the Gentiles; and they shall trample upon the Holy city for forty-two months" (vs 1-2).

Same time as Rev. 13 where the beast—after the deadly wound is healed—continues! This is where he goes into the temple.

Verse 3: "And I will give power to My two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth."

Now tie in Zech. 3 & 4 with v 4, because it says; v 4: "These are the two olive trees, and the two lampstands that stand before the God of the earth."

In other words, who is going to select the two witnesses? God! They're going to have power like no two men on earth.

Think about this for a minute! Here the part of the Body, the Church, is going to a Place of Safety is taken there. The two witnesses come right on the scene. Then we have the abomination of desolation take place. What does the beast do after that? Then we have the martyrdom of the saints!

Tie in Hosea 6, which talks about Israel in captivity and it says, 'after two days'! A day in prophecy is a year, so the three and a half years. After two years they are 'raised up in the third day.' That means the last year and a half of the three and one-half years of Tribulation.

The one-world religion is coming into reality! The only question remaining is: What's going to happen to the Protestants. They're stuck! The Catholics will be allowed to still believe in their Jesus because he's false! But:

  • What's going to happen to the Protestants? We don't know!
  • Will they also suffer martyrdom? We don't know!

But the one-world religion pictured by the opening of the first seal is already taking place.

  • How long is it from the opening of the first seal and the forming of the one-world religion, until the second seal? We don't know! Could be quite a period of time!

We also know that there will arise a false prophet (Rev. 13) that will work with the beast! That's will happen!

As we have discussed, the world's elite today are going to learn a lesson: you cannot bring in a world-government by political force! You must have the cooperation of religion!

Of course, this current pope believes in it and supports it; but when you look at this pope you know that he's not going to live very long, so there will be another pope coming!

Revelation 6:3: "And when He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, 'Come and see.' And another horse went out that was red; and power was given to the one sitting on it to take peace from the earth…" (vs 3-4).

This is when the deadly wound is healed and the beast goes into the Holy of Holies and says that he is 'God.' Then he's going to declare war on all who oppose him! Who knows what that will be, or how many that will be.

The third and fourth seal come very quickly! We've seen demonstrated with this war in the Ukraine, but also in WWII, as well, and other wars. After there is death and destruction by invasion, with bombs with artillery and whatever means of killing, what happens? People run out of food and water and famine sets in!

Then they look for a scapegoat! Who will that scapegoat be? Those who believe in the true God! Remember what Jesus said:

He that loves his life shall lose it! He that loses his life for My sake shall find it!

We don't know exactly how this martyrdom is going to be, but Rev. 20 indicates that the martyrdom and killing will be beheading!

Here we come down to the completion of two full years of the three and a half at the end! This is going to be an awesome event to take place. You've heard me cover this before, but the more I go through it and the more I see of what God has made out in the universe, and how Christ is going to come, the more powerful and the more realistic that this is going to be.

Survey: 60 Percent of Born Again Christians Under 40 Say Jesus Isn't the Only Way to Salvation by RELEVANT August 23, 2021

https://relevantmagazine.com/faith/church/survey-60-percent-of-born-again-christians-under-40-say-jesus-isnt-the-only-way-to-salvation/

{transcriber's note: this was as close to the article I could come to; could not find on Probe.org}

…of the born again Christians between the ages of 18-39 surveyed, 60 percent agreed with the statement "Buddha, Muhammad and Jesus are all valid paths to God."

Chrislam! What did I say was next to fall? Buddha! You get all of those together and you have three-quarters of all the religious people on earth. A similar percentage of the same group do not believe that God's Laws are absolute.

Once you get people away from the Laws of God…and who is responsible for that? The very ones who are worried about this thing! That is the older Protestant leaders! What have they done? They have sown the seeds of their own destruction by saying that the laws are done away, which is saying that they're not valid and absolute. You see what happens, lies from the Protestant pulpits have sown the seeds of their own destruction!

Now the older ones are beginning to get worried; 'what are we going to do in the future?' You better repent and come to God and start preaching His laws and commandments! The reason Christ is coming is because the whole world is going to be worshipping Satan the devil!

We're going to see that after the martyrdom of the saints is complete then God begins to intervene in a great and spectacular way. Remember what we read on Trumpets in Isa. 40? Every mountain will be lowered and every valley shall be exalted!

I want you to think about that on a worldwide plane; what's going to happen? We find that right here in Rev. 6. this is up to the completion of the two years of Israel in Tribulation! Here's how Christ is going to intervene, and this is going to be absolutely spectacular!

Revelation 6:12: "And when He opened the sixth seal, I looked, and behold, there was a great earthquake…"

What do we read in the Old Testament? I'm going to shake the heavens, I'm going to shake the earth! Those people who don't believe that God's Word is absolutely true, they are going to be utterly terrified! God is going to show that He is God, and Christ is the only way!

"…and the sun became black as the hair of sackcloth, and the moon became as blood; and the stars of heaven fell to the earth…" (vs 12-13).

Talk about getting everybody's attention! This is it! Think about that; I don't know what's going to  happen when the sky is rolled back as a scroll, but I imagine that that's going to be an awesome thunder and crashing! God is going to come and reveal Himself to this world.

"…as a fig tree casts its untimely figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. Then the heaven departed like a scroll that is being rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the powerful men, and every bondman, and every free man hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains" (v s 13-15).

God gets the attention of everybody on the earth. Remember what it says about the return of Christ? Every eye shall see Him!

Verse 16: "And they said to the mountains and to the rocks, 'Fall on us, and hide us from the face of Him Who sits on the Throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb, because the great day of His wrath has come, and who has the power to stand?'" (vs 16-17).

Let's see how Jesus described this, because when the heavens open up, what's next? What's going to happen? We covered this on Trumpets, but I want to cover it again, because it's going to be such and absolutely great event to take place! This is going to be the greatest thing to hit the earth from the creation up to that time. Christ said that He's going to give the sign of the Son of man.

When things get desperate and there's a lot of trouble, sickness, disease and all of the famine and death:

Matthew 24:26: "Therefore, if they say to you, 'Come and see! He [Christ] is in the wilderness'… [no, He's not] …do not go forth. 'Come and see! He is in the secret chambers'; do not believe it. For as the light of day… [What is the light of day? The sun!] …which comes forth from the east and shines as far as the west, so also shall the coming of the Son of man be" (vs 26-27).

So, when the heavens roll back, the sign of the Son of man will appear. What is that? As I've mentioned before and written about, and spoken about! That will appear as a second sun somewhere out in the solar system, but far enough away that after the shock of that first taking place then they will accept the lie that this is the antichrist and the invasion from outer space.

Let's see a verification of this in Malachi 4, the last book of the Prophets. Now starts the intervention of God, and we're going to see how powerful that's going to be.

Malachi 4:1: "For behold, the day is coming, burning like a consuming oven; and all the proud, and every doer of wickedness, shall be stubble…."

So much for all of those who say that the laws of God are not absolute. The absolute God and absolute Christ is going to bring absolute power. He's going to destroy and kill and rid this earth of everyone who goes against Him.

"'…And the day that comes shall burn them up,' says the LORD of hosts… [eventually the wicked will go into the Lake of Fire] …'and will leave them neither root nor branch. But unto you who fear My name… [here it is]: …the Sun of Righteousness…'" (vs 1-2).

Years ago when I first read that, it thought: we're not to worship the sun, because the Bible says that they worship the sun and the moon and we're not to do that! I didn't know how that fit in. It has to fit in when they rolling back of the heavens like a scroll occurs.

There will be this second Sun, the sign of the Son of man! He is coming! Now then, let's ask again: When does this occur? At the end of two years of the three and a half-year Tribulation! At first they're going to say that Christ is coming, which is the 'sign' of His coming; it is not His coming! This takes place around the time of Pentecost if not on the Day of Pentecost at the end of two years of Tribulation against the children of Israel! What happens when that occurs?

Let's see, because this event is going to bring a lot of people to their senses! They're going know that this is the intervention of God! In Rev. 7 we have quite a thing taking place.

From Pentecost to Trumpets, how long is that? That's about four months and between ten days and two weeks! So, after the rolling back of the heavens and the appearing of the Sun of Righteousness as the 'sign of the coming of the Son of man' there will be this great calm. When that happens:

Revelation 7:1: "And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth, so that the wind might not blow on the earth, or on the sea, or on any tree. Then I saw another angel ascending from the rising of the sun… [Isn't that interesting? The Sun of Righteousness] …having the seal of the living God; and he cried out with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to damage the earth and the sea, saying, 'Do not damage the earth, or the sea, or the trees until we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads'" (vs 1-3).

There's a 144,000 out of every one of the tribes of the children of Israel, except Dan. Gen. 49 says that 'Dan will wait for his salvation.'

  • What does this prove? These are people! They've gone through the first two years of the Tribulation!
  • Wasn't Israel in that part of the Tribulation suffering? Yes, indeed!
  • What does it prove? That at the end-time there are descendants of the 12 tribes of Israel!

You need to get the books{truthofGod.org}:

  • America and Britain: Two Nations that Changed the World by Philip Neal
  • The World's Greatest Throne by John Fox

You will see that the people of Israel have always remained, but they went into Northwestern Europe and into Britain. Not only that, we have this:

Verse 9: "After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude, which no one was able to number, out of every nation and tribe and people and language, was standing before the Throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes and holding palms in their hands."

This does not mean that they immediately are going to be coming to Throne of God. No one comes before the Throne of God until the first resurrection takes place. But this shows where they will be when they are resurrected. Many times the Bible shows things this way. That they're going to happen before they happen. So, this period of time, Pentecost to Trumpets, is when they are converted. The next Pentecost is the resurrection.

These are the ones who are of the parable of the workers in the vineyard hired at the eleventh hour. They received the same pay as the ones that started in the morning. That's a parable to show eternal life is the same for everyone, whether you've been converted all your life, or whether you've been converted for this one-year period from Pentecost to Pentecost.

Remember that in Rev. 6 the first six seals are opened. Now we come to the terrible and worst wars that the world has ever seen.

Revelation 8:1: "Now, when He opened the seventh seal…"

Remember that none of these events take place without the permission of God the Father in heaven above. Christ opens the seals; every one of them! So, He is the activator of it. Here's what happens:

"…there was silence in heaven for about a half hour. Then I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given to them. And another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar; and much incense was given to him, so that he might offer it with the prayers of all the saints on the golden altar that was before the Throne" (vs 1-3).

Who are all the saints at this time? They are the few that are in a Place of Safety! They are all of those just converted right here in Rev. 7, the 144,000 and great innumerable multitude! Don't you think that they're going to have very fervent prayers every day with all the things going on? Yes!

Verse 4: "And the smoke of the incense went up before God from the hand of the angel, ascending with the prayers of the saints. And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire from the altar, and cast it into the earth; and there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings, and an earthquake" (vs 4-5).

Notice how many times the earth is shaken at this time!

Verse 6: "Then the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound their trumpets. And the first angel sounded his trumpet… [v 8]: Then the second angel sounded his trumpet…" (vs 6-8).

Verse 10: "And the third angel sounded his trumpet; and there fell out of heaven a great star, burning like a lamp; and it fell on a third of the rivers, and on the fountains of waters. Now, the name of the star is Wormwood; and a third of the waters became wormwood; and many men died from drinking the waters because they were made bitter" (vs 10-11). These four trumpet plagues come in very fast sequence:

Verse 12: "Then the fourth angel sounded his trumpet; and a third of the sun was smitten, and a third of the moon, and a third of the stars; so that a third of them were darkened; and a third part of the day did not shine, and likewise a third part of the night."

Now, when that first angel did what he did, all the grass was burned up. We will see something when we get to Rev. 9. What happens when you have all this destruction and doom and gloom? You probably have a lot of clouds and rain that takes place. When it rains, what happens to grass, even when it's burned? It grows back! The grass has no consciousness about what else is going on. If it gets water, it grows! So, this is what we find in Rev. 9.

Revelation 9:1: "And the fifth angel sounded his trumpet; and I saw a star that had fallen from heaven to the earth, and there was given to him the key to the bottomless abyss." The star in this case is a angel!

What is the bottomless abyss? That's where all the demons that are in prison!

Verse 2: "And he opened the bottomless abyss; and there went up smoke from the pit, like the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by the smoke from the pit. Then locusts came onto the earth from the smoke; and power was given to them, as the scorpions of the earth have power. And it was said to them that they should not damage the grass of the earth…" (vs 2-4).

Well, it grew back; shows it shows this space of time of 4-1/2 months from Pentecost to Trumpets and a little bit more.

"…or any green thing or any tree, but only the men who did not have the seal of God in their foreheads" (v 4).

When were they sealed? Rev. 7, the 144,000 and the great innumerable multitude! Then it talks about this great battle that they are in. This is when the King of the North hears tidings out of the North and the East. This is the coming of the greatest gathering of armies that the world has ever seen. By this time they're going to be thinking that when the next event happens up in the heavens, that it is the antichrist coming to take over the earth. That's why they all fight against it.

Verse 11: "And they have over them a king, the angel of the abyss; his name in Hebrew is Abaddon, but the name he has in Greek is Apollyon.… [Satan the devil] …The first woe is past. Behold, after these things two more woes are still to come" (vs 11-12).

Then the sixth angel, and we'll just summarize it: when the sixth angels sounds his trumpet, that paves the way for the River Euphrates to dry up, because there are four demons sealed somewhere in the River Euphrates. When that trumpet is sounded the River Euphrates dries up so the way of the kings of the East can come. They're numbered: 200-million!

So, if you think that China is rising to be a power now, wait! It's going to be more gargantuan and the other countries of Southeast Asia and India will eventually join them. They will then come toward the Holy Land (Joel 3), where God says that He's going to gather all nations into the Valley of Slaughter! That's on the plains of Megiddo jut north of Jerusalem.

Rev. 10 is where there is going to be another quick warning by the servants of God. Of course, we don't know how many there will be out of the 144,000 and the great innumerable multitude. There may be a number of ministers going out and they're going to warn of what's going to happen, pictured by 'the little book' that John was to eat, and also the seven thunders. No one knows what the seven thunders are, because God told John not to write it down! There are people who think they know what the answer is. What they do is go back to the seven seals and try and make them the same as the seven thunders. But they can't!

Rev. 11 is when the seventh trump is sounded. If you have seven trumpets:

  • Which one is the last one? The seventh!
  • What does it say is going to occur at the last trump? The resurrection!

Let's see what's going to happen here. We know that during their ministry, no one is able to come and destroy the two witnesses! With all of this going on on the earth, what does God use to show His power to the world? Two men! The most powerful men in the history of the Bible against the beast and the false prophet!

They won't be able to kill them until right at the end. If anyone tries to kill them, fire comes out of their mouth. If you don't think that's a pretty powerful thing… But right at the end of the 1,260 days Satan is able to get them. They die, their bodies are left on the streets of Jerusalem, and the whole world is rejoicing! But their joy only lasts for three and a half days, because here is where the first resurrection begins. It begins with the two witnesses who are the last two martyred and the first two raised. How are they raised?

Revelation 11:11: "Then after the three and a half days, the Spirit of Life from God entered into them and they stood on their feet; and great fear fell upon those who were watching them. And they heard a great voice from heaven, say, 'Come up here!' … [think about all those who are watching this close up and they hear this voice] …And they ascended into heaven in a cloud; and their enemies saw them rise. And in that hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell; and seven thousand men were killed in the earthquake. And the rest were filled with fear, and gave glory to the God of heaven. The second woe is past. Behold, the third woe is coming immediately" (vs 11-14).

What is the third woe? That's the sounding of the seventh trump, and the resurrection of the saints from the dead.

Verse 15: "Then the seventh angel sounded his trumpet; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, 'The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and His Christ, and He shall reign into the ages of eternity.'"

Christ is given authority at the sound of the seventh trump to take over the world!

Verse 16: "And the twenty-four elders, who sit before God on their thrones, fell on their faces and worshiped God, saying, 'We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty, Who is, and Who was, and Who is to come; for You have taken to Yourself Your great power, and have reigned. For the nations were angry, and Your wrath has come… [the wrath of God is separate from the seven trumpets] …and the time for the dead to be judged, and to give reward to Your servants the prophets, and to the saints, and to all those who fear Your name, the small and the great; and to destroy those who destroy the earth'" (vs 16-18).

Sidebar on v 19: Where is the Ark of God? Some think it's buried below where the temple was! One man, Ron Wyatt, said that he saw it digging down there. But that must have been an apparition that he had.

Let's see what the Bible says:

Verse 19: "And the Temple of God in heaven was opened, and the Ark of His Covenant was seen in His Temple…" Did God take it up there?

  • Jeremiah didn't have it when he left
  • the Babylonians didn't take it to Babylon with them
  • the Romans when they conquered in 70A.D. didn't find the Ark of the Covenant

God must have taken it up into heaven to remove His presence from the people of Israel!

Rev. 12 goes back for a whole history. It covers the greatest space of time than any other prophecy in the Bible, because it covers it from the beginning of God's Plan that was before the ages of time. We've already covered Rev. 13.

The Three Angels' Message:

Revelation 14:6: "And I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting Gospel to proclaim to those who dwell on the earth, and to every nation and tribe and language and people; saying with a loud voice, [1st angel]'Fear God, and give glory to Him, because the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him Who made the heaven, and the earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters'" (vs 6-7).

These three angels had to bring their message before the Tribulation took place, otherwise it would be too late. That is also probably why the repentance of the 144,000 and great innumerable multitude.

Verse 8: "Then another angel followed, saying, [2nd angel] 'The great city Babylon is fallen, is fallen, because of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, which she has given all nations to drink.' And a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, [3rd angel] 'If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives the mark in his forehead or in his hand, he shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed undiluted in the cup of His wrath; and he shall be tormented in fire and brimstone in the sight of the Holy angels, and of the Lamb'" (vs 8-10).

You have to warn about the mark of the beast before it comes. So, these three angels had to bring their message before the Tribulation began.

Verse 12: "Here is the patience of the saints; here are the ones who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus."

This shows that in order to keep the commandments of God you've got to have faith.

Verse 13: "And I heard a voice from heaven say to me, 'Write: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from this time forward. Yes, says the Spirit, so that they may rest from their labors; and their works follow them.'" This has to be before the Tribulation begins, then it jumps ahead:

Verse 14: "And I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and one like the Son of man sitting on the cloud, having a golden crown on His head; and in His hand was a sharp sickle. And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to Him Who was sitting on the cloud, 'Thrust in your sickle and reap, because the time has come for You to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe'" (vs 14-15). This has to be the first resurrection!

What's going to happen? All of this time down through what we've been covering, there has been the second Sun out there as a witness. When the trumpet sounds and the resurrection begins, what's going to happen. Let's see that the Bible does one thing here. It talks about the resurrection of the saints, and then it talks about the resurrection of the ungodly and the incorrigible wicked and what will happen to them; cast into the great winepress of God!

Verse 20: "And the winepress was trodden outside the city, and blood spewed out from the winepress as high as the horses' bridles, to the distance of a thousand six hundred furlongs."

It completely changes to Rev. 15; this is why Rev. 15 & 16, as far as the wrath of God is concerned, is not a result of the seventh trumpet. Here's what has to happen. First of all:

Revelation 15:1: "Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and awesome: seven angels having the seven last plagues, for in them the wrath of God is filled up." This is separate from the seven trumpets. Then it changes just out of nowhere:

Verse 2: "And I saw a Sea of Glass mingled with fire, and those who had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, standing on the Sea of Glass, having the lyres of God. And they were singing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, 'Great and awesome are Your works, Lord God Almighty; righteous and true are Your ways, King of the saints. Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You only are Holy; and all the nations shall come and worship before You, for Your judgments have been revealed'" (vs 2-4).

The Sea of Glass, how do you suppose that gets there? We saw about this on Pentecost, so you can see that the Sea of Glass was also there when Moses went back up with the 70 of the leaders of Israel. they saw God walking by looking up through the Sea of Glass. It was like crystal.

Here we have a Sea of Glass; how does that get there? Let's think of it this way: Here's this Sun out there still shining. When this moment comes ready for the resurrection, this comes streaking to the earth and causes all the nations to just go absolutely crazy! It will come into the area of the clouds and expand out into a great Sea of Glass. What for? So that the saints who are resurrected in the first resurrection will come up to the Sea of Glass.

If you want to know everything that's going on there, go back and watch the message on Pentecost. We will receive:

  • our names
  • our rewards
  • whatever God wants to give us
  • there will be the marriage of the Lamb and the Church
  • there will be the wedding supper of the Lamb

Think about this: We will be on the Sea of Glass from Pentecost at the first resurrection until Trumpets about 4+ months and then we come back to the earth.

We will get our assignments and we will know what we're going to do. When we're raised from the dead, since it's including generations down through time clear back to Abel, all resurrected, what does God have to give us at the resurrection? All a new language!

  • How are we going to understand one another if that doesn't happen?
  • When God created Adam and Eve did He put a language in them? Yes!
  • We are created as spirit beings, is He going to create a language in us? Yes!

So we can know what we're going to do when we get to the earth; who is going to rule over what; who's going to follow whom. We have:

  • Abel
  • Abraham, Isaac and Jacob
  • Noah
  • all of the Prophets
  • some of the Kings of Israel
  • all of those from the church down through time, the resurrection of Christ and His return

All there on the Sea of Glass! The marriage of the Lamb takes place and then we come back to the earth. We are ready to rule. We are ready to enforce the laws of God!

Revelation 19:11: "And I saw heaven open; and behold, a white horse; and He Who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He does judge and make war. And His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns; and He had a name written that no one knows except Him. And He was clothed with a garment dipped in blood; and His name is The Word of God. And the armies in heaven were following Him… [everyone who was resurrected in the first resurrection] …on white horses; and they were clothed in fine linen, white and pure" (vs 11-14). Then we come back to the earth, and on the way down:

Verse 17: "Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried out with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, 'Come and gather yourselves together to the supper of the great God so that you may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of chief captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all, free and bond, and small and great.'" (vs 17-18).

How is that going to happen? Go back to Zech. 14 and it says that they're flesh is going to fall right off their bones! Talk about an awesome weapon. That takes care of all of those armies from the 200-million that come and fight against Christ. That 4-1/2 month period from Pentecost to Trumpets, and the last Trumpets when we come back to the earth, those armies are going to be moving toward the Valley of Slaughter. It's going to be something! You can just about hear what it's going to be, because:

Rev. 16—the seven last plagues are poured out and that comes directly from God. He gives the seven vials of the seven last plagues to the seven angels. I don't know if they're the same angels that blew the trumpets or not. This happens after the resurrection and before we come back to the earth.

Revelation 16:12[transcriber's correction]: "And the sixth angel poured out his vial into the great River Euphrates; and its waters were dried up, so that the way of the kings from the rising of the sun might be prepared."

That's how all the armies get there. It's going to be that all of us get together, because the demons coming out of the beast and false prophet and Satan to convince the nations to come and fight, they're going to believe that this is an invasion from outer space, which it is!

So, that ties in with what we read in Rev. 19:11. Then the firs thing that has to take place. You  must get rid of all the demons and you must get rid of Satan the devil! That's pictured by the Day of Atonement! Where are they put? Into the abyss and a seal is put over them so that they don't deceive the nations anymore!

I hope this helps give a clear understanding of the flow events as we understand them up to this point of the things in the book of Revelation, and that the seven last plagues are in addition to the seven trumpet plagues.

Let's look forward to the Day of Atonement and that's going to be a great day when Satan is put away and removed!
